Valley Music Academy

Calling all volunteers.  VMA needs you.  VMA will be working at the "Shakin' at the Station" on Thursday, June 6 at the Wharf in Staunton from 5-9 p.m.  We need 30 volunteers to help with set up, clean up and in between.  This is a significant fund raiser for VMA that helps us to keep tuition low, keep family discounts in place and offer scholarships and financial assistance.  If you can help, please complete the form below and someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible with more information.

Enriching life at any age through Music

Valley Music Academy is a private not-for-profit music school serving Waynesboro, Augusta County and Staunton as well as nearby communities.  Our mission is to open the door to music by providing quality music education for anyone who wishes to learn. Our organization also provides low to no cost music lessons to young musicians whose families could not otherwise afford them.  VMA is one of our community's least known treasures because of the quality of our teachers and the dedication of our students.

Valley Music Academy provides quality music education for anyone who wishes to learn, regardless of gender, race, creed, disability, sex or financial resources, while demonstrating that music is a powerful means of encouraging cooperation, celebrating diversity, building self esteem, and cultivating a sense of nonviolence and social justice.
